Shop Policies

  • The current turnaround time for sublimation transfers is posted at the top of the website at all times. While I do my best to get your order out as fast as possible, these things take time. I do not have an "expedited" option at this time.
  • You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order ships. Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours for the system to update your tracking info. Sometimes it doesn't update at all until it's scanned for delivery. 
  • I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once a package is in the hands of the postal service, I have NO CONTROL over it. All packages come with some sort of insurance. In most cases, the postal service is able to find your package. You just need to contact them. Of course, I will help you try & locate your package, if need be.
  • The Crafty Corner Facebook Group is closed at this time. I have found that I just do not have the time to keep it up. 
  • From this point forward, we will only take messages through email. ( Facebook Messenger has become a bit more difficult to manage & with 500+ messages a week, we need to be able to keep track of them. 
  • I am no longer accepting add on orders. All orders must be made through the website ONLY. This is to ensure that your order isn't missed.
