Refunds are not available on custom tees or any sublimation transfers.
We will exchange/refund any tee that is not customized or different from the photos displayed on our site.
In order to receive an exchange/refund, you must ship the item(s) back to me within 48 hours of the tracking confirming delivery. You must also provide me with the new tracking of the package for it's return trip back to me.
Just as I am not responsible for the postal service once I ship your package, I understand that you are not either. I will either refund or begin working on what you'd like to exchange it for once i receive tracking confirmation & it shows that the package is on the way.
